We currently ship within the EU only, from Stockholm, Sweden.
Orders are packed and sent within 2–4 business days. Shipping cost and delivery options are shown at checkout.

As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To make a return, email us within 14 days of delivery and send the item back to us.

You may inspect and try on the item carefully, including at one of our coffee bikes when available. Returned items should be sent back clean, unwashed and in good condition. If an item has been used more than necessary, we may make a deduction for reduced value.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
