Bistro Bike Terms of Service

Welcome to Bistro Bike. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bistro Bike, which includes both the Bistro Bike mobile application (the "App") and the Bistro.bike e-commerce website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the App and/or Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App or the Site.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the App and/or Site, you must register for an account by providing your name, email address, and creating a password. You may also use Apple sign-in for a more streamlined registration process on the App. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App or Site. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your information promptly if it changes.

2. Membership and Account Information

Upon signing up, you will become a member of the Bistro Bike service and receive a unique membership number. This number may be used to access special offers, promotions, and make purchases through the App or Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Location Services (App Only)

To use the App's location features, you must consent to the sharing of your location data with us. The App uses this data to show you the nearest available Bistro Bike on an interactive map. Location data will be used solely for this purpose and managed according to our Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases and Payment Information (App and Site)

When you make a purchase through the App or Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and fees. All payment information is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Order Fulfillment and Shipping (Site Only)

After placing an order on the Site, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. We will make every effort to fulfill your order promptly, but we do not guarantee availability or delivery times. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the items ordered. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

6. Returns and Refunds (Site Only)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from the Site, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support. All items must be returned in their original condition, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after we receive the returned item.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on both the App and the Site to enhance your experience and to collect information about your usage patterns. You agree to use the App and Site only for lawful purposes and not to use them in a way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, Site, or any related systems or networks.

11. Termination and Account Cancellation (App and Site)

You may cancel your account at any time via the App or Site settings. Upon cancellation, your account will be deactivated, your membership will end, and you will no longer be eligible to redeem any offers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms (App and Site)

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the App and/or Site or through other communication channels. Your continued use of the App and/or Site after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (App and Site)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
