Where Can You Find Us?
We’re always on the move, starting from Gärdet in Stockholm and rolling out to places across the city.
How Much Space Do We Need?
Just enough room to create an unforgettable coffee moment. Bistro Bike is 325 cm long, 110 cm wide, and 220 cm high. When fully extended, we recommend a total working space of approximately 1300 mm x 800 mm on the worktop side and 550 mm of clearance at the back. The bike requires a rear storage area of 360 mm x 560 mm x 360 mm. Ensure there is enough space for comfortable operation, as well as for customers to engage with the bike.
Custom Branding?
Bistro Bike is a brand. While we’re open to co-branding for special occasions, if you’re looking for a blank canvas, we recommend reaching out to companies solely focused on that, such as KaffeLuckan.
Do We Need Power or Water?
No fuss. We bring everything we need to power up, whether indoors or outdoors. Adding a power supply for the dishwasher or extended runtimes is helpful but not required.
How About Staff?
Don’t worry, we’ve got it covered. Our barista comes with the package. However, we’re open to renting out the concept if you prefer to use your own staff. We’ll just need to approve them to ensure they reflect our brand positively in all situations.
Do We Also Offer Brewed Coffee?
No, we don’t. We’re an Italian coffee bar inspired by the Riviera, serving espresso, macchiato, cappuccino, and affogato. We can stretch to include Cedrata and San Pellegrino, but anything beyond that is outside our comfort zone.
