Some things simply sound better in Italian. Espresso is one of them. For Bistro Bike, coffee has never been about chasing labels or speaking in tasting notes no one asked for. We are not trying to be the loudest coffee place in the room. We just believe coffee should be really good. Balanced, generous, and made with enough care to feel like a small escape in the middle of the day. That is why our coffee is roasted in Florence.

Roasted by an Italian roastery with deep roots in Florence, it brings together heritage, quality, and a sense that fits the way we want coffee to feel.
