An Italian Coffee Affair
Some things simply sound better in Italian. Espresso is one of them. For Bistro Bike, coffee has never been about chasing labels or speaking in tasting notes no one asked for. We are not trying to be the loudest coffee place in the room. We just believe coffee should be really good. Balanced, generous, and made with enough care to feel like a small escape in the middle of the day. That is why our coffee is roasted in Florence.
There is a certain confidence in Italian coffee culture. It does not over-explain itself. It belongs to daily life. Standing at a bar. Sitting outside for a moment. Taking a short break before the city pulls you back in. Coffee is not treated as an event, but somehow it still becomes one. That feeling matters to us.

Our house blend, Coffee Brake, carries that spirit into the Bistro Bike world. Roasted by an Italian roastery with deep roots in Florence, it brings together heritage, quality, and a sense that fits the way we want coffee to feel. Smooth and easygoing, with notes of cacao, vanilla, and caramel. Made for espresso and filter coffee, but just as comfortable at home, at work, in the park, or wherever your day happens to slow down.
Florence gives the coffee a context beyond origin. It brings craft and a little bit of romance. Not the dramatic kind. More the kind you find in a polished shoe, a marble counter, a morning street, or a quick espresso served because everyone already knows it matters.

In Stockholm, that becomes something slightly different. A Nordic pause with an Italian pulse. A coffee that feels refined without becoming precious. Familiar, but not ordinary.
The kind of cup that does not ask for attention, but earns it anyway. Coffee Brake is our house blend. Roasted for those rare moments when you actually get to slow down.
